Fertilizer Library
Your central repository for fertilizer profiles. Hydrogene Pro includes a built-in collection of commercial products and raw salts with pre-loaded nutrient compositions. You can add custom fertilizers for products specific to your region or formulations you already use.
Fertilizers in the Library are the building blocks for Blends and Feed Charts.
Blends
The Blends feature is a nutrient recipe calculator and optimizer. It solves one of the most common challenges in professional hydroponics: replicating a commercial fertilizer using individual raw salts.
Using the Automatic Creation mode, Hydrogene Pro’s optimization algorithm finds the best combination of salts from your inventory that matches the nutrient profile of a selected reference fertilizer — saving time, reducing costs, and giving you full control over what goes into your solution.
If you already have a recipe, Manual Creation lets you add it directly to the Blends Library for use in Feed Charts.

Feed Charts
Feed Charts are structured, week-by-week feeding schedules that define what your plants receive at each growth stage — including fertilizer parts, dosages, EC targets, and pH ranges.
Hydrogene Pro includes a built-in library of commercial feed charts, and lets you create fully custom schedules from scratch in two modes:
- Concentrate Solution — for liquid fertilizers diluted into the reservoir.
- Direct Mix — for solid salts added directly to the tank.
Feed Charts connect your Fertilizer Library and Blends to your active Cultivation Cycles, and can be exported as PDF reports.
Cultivation Cycles
The Cultivation Cycles section is where you run and track your active grows. Each cycle is linked to a Feed Chart and gives you access to:
- Measures — log and schedule EC, pH, temperature, humidity, and other variables.
- Events — plan and record irrigation, fertilizer applications, transplants, and other activities.
- Health — report and track plant health problems with tag-based categorization and resolution tracking.
- Dashboard — visualize measured vs. ideal nutrient levels, EC, pH, and temperature progressions over the full cycle.
- Plan — review the week-by-week schedule with dosage, EC, pH, and nutrient targets for each stage.
How the Features Work Together
